Personally, I never experienced any downtime from them; I haven't tested them on a really "hi-traffic situation" though as this blog is fairly new, so I cannot attest that this blog won't get any downtime when heavy traffic comes pouring in. Don't worry! Try communicating with them and tell them your problem. As for me, I informed them about the slowdown I experienced when I migrated my blog to them from Dreamhost.
