Movie-goers will have something to look forward to this weekend, and it involves Russell Crowe as its main cast!
Yes sirs and madame’s, its Robin Hood showing this May 14 in your favorite theaters.
Russell Crowe + Medieval setting + “Gladiator flavor” = Action-packed movie presentation!

Robin Hood is about, of course, Robin (Longstride), a common archer in the Third Crusade, returning to mother England from a battle against the French. Before returning, he promised a fellow comrade knight, Sir Robert Loxley, to return a sword to his father in Nottingham. In his return, he subsequently meets up with Sir Godfrey – a French agent for the French king. Sir Godfrey posed as an English Knight being given by the English King orders to collect taxes in his Kingdom. Unbeknownst to the English King, Sir Godfrey’s main objective is to cause a Civil War in his Kingdom. Robin learns this and decides to put an end to this insider!
From the trailer itself, Robin Hood promises action-packed scenes in medieval style; a “hack-and-slash” action with a little bit of “archer-attacks” on the side. If you have been soaked-up with “gun-totting” action from past movies, how about checking out Robin Hood to freshen you up.
