Well, if you have any idea of what a sushi is (or what it looks like for that matter) as well as what a Spam is (nope, not the Spam e-mails you have in your inbox, I’m referring to the food), then you will have an idea of what a Spam Musubi is.
Right from the name itself, Spam Musubi is a kind of food similar to a sushi but with a twist; its main ingredient is, well, you guessed it, Spam!
What is interesting with Spam Musubi is that, its actually a popular snack food/ lunch food in Hawaii. The Spam Musubi is composed of a block of rice and grilled spam wrapped in a piece of Nori. It looks cool actually, and i bet it tastes good too!
