I have been using Feedburner for quite some time now (come to think of it, I have been using Feedburner since my first blog
) and I am confident to say that it has not let me down. Feedburner allowed me to monitor the number of e-mail subscriptions and the number of clicks on articles here in this blog coming from my subscribers.
However, Feedburner has its limitations. And because of that, I am planning to move to a more reliable email subscription platform. CarloBlogg Online subscribers, please read on.
As what I have said, I am planning to move to a new email subscription platform, more specfically mailchimp.com. With mailchimp.com, I can send personal messages/ emails to my subscribers with ease. Surprisingly, this is not possible with Feedburner; in order to send email to my subscribers, I have to export first all the email addresses in Feedburner and then manually enter these to either my Yahoo! mail or Gmail – which is a hassle. With MailChimp, I just select all of you there, type in my message and poof! Instant personalized email to your inbox.
Now, why am I doing this? Well, because in the future, I’ll be giving away free stuffs EXCLUSIVELY for subscribers only of this blog. These free stuffs range from free e-books to free application downloads.
And as my initial “bonus gift” to those who will subscribe to our new mailing list, we will be giving away a FREE copy of Brad Callen’s SEO Made Easy e-book. As the e-book name implies, this e-book will teach you the basics of Search Engine Optimization. If you’re into blogging and making websites, then this FREE e-book is definitely for you.
That’s it; just subscribe here and you will get your Brad Callen’s SEO Made Easy e-book for FREE.
See you on our future posts and newsletters!
