Michael Jordan makes Final Four deal with UNC Players.

University of North Carolina basketball freshman Harisson Barnes got a message straight from his Airness himself Michael Jordan, all because of his shoe he’s wearing that day.

The day before they beat Washington at a score of 86-83, the UNC players exited the Time Warner Cable Arena and encountered MJ himself.

Jordan playfully commented on Barnes footwear – a Nike Zoom Kobe IV. Yup, that’s Kobe Bryant’s shoe.

Michael Jordan’s playful comment was hinted with seriousness though;

“If I see you in them Kobe Bryants, man, I’m gonna cut you right off,” Jordan said. “I don’t care if your feet kill you, you’re gonna wear them Jordans.

“Wait ’til I tell your momma, man. I’m gonna tell her. But if you’re gonna keep winning, you can wear them. But that Duke game, you got killed.”

Jordan was referring to UNC’s gme with Duke where they lost 75-78 score.

Jordan then stated that if they win two games in New Jersey and get back to the Final Four, they will all get a rare Air Jordan 11 Retro “Cool Greys” shoe along with “anything they want”.

Now that may be a NCAA violation, but that would be for the NCAA authorities to decide. Getting those rare Jordan 11 Retro shoes will be quite a prize though, aside from winning the NCAA 2011 championship, of course.
