And yes, when we mention the words “Magnet Boy“, we’re not referring to any DC or Marvel comics superheroes (yes, not Magneto). We’re talking about the real deal here. And by real deal we mean, a boy that really attracts metal objects to his body.

Meet Paolo David Amorim, a typical 11-year old boy from Rio Grande do Norte state with a not-so typical ability. According to news, Amorim can attract metal objects to his skin – spoon, scissors, metal bowls, knives, anything metal. Recently, Paolo Amorim was featured in TV Globo in Brazil.

His dad was of course, surprised when he learned that his son can attract metal objects to his body.

Apparently, his dad, Junior Amorim, learned of Croatica’s magnet boy last May and for curiosity’s sake, tried it with his son. To his surprise, his son can also attract metal objects.

Paolo on the other hand, has no problems with his newly discovered “powers“. His classmates in school even ask him to demonstrate his powers to prove that its not a trick.
